I once worked for a boss who imposed his success-at-all-cost leadership style on me. Therefore, I found myself using fear and intimidation to squeeze the absolute most out of our employees. Whenever they quit producing, they were replaced. I finally came to a place in my life where that approach just wasn’t worth it, and I never want to be in that kind of position again.
